RETURNS POLICY

We know sometimes it’s hard to keep track of all the great books we offer – and now and then you buy a book by mistake. Email us at service@boldstrokesbooks.com within 24 hours of a mistaken purchase, and we’ll exchange your purchase price for a refund or store credit. We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges on paperback books, and if you wish to return a paperback book for a refund or credit the book must be undamaged upon arrival back at our warehouse (you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges). Of course, if you discover a technical problem with a download, contact us at the above email address so we can replace the file or otherwise correct the problem at no charge.
